Hi! I'm Semih. I build and scale impactful products.
My career has grown close to startups and product teams, where I've worked across SaaS, B2B, and B2C roles. I also founded Sopu Academy, a Helsinki-based edtech startup focusing on negotiation skills.
I care deeply about building sustainable solutions, meaningful dialogue, and creating progress without losing people along the way. That's also why I enjoy coaching startups in Finland and Türkiye.
I see product management as a continuous negotiation process to seek the best solution across business, design, and tech teams. Right now, I'm especially curious about AI and the new possibilities it opens for products.
These days, I'm happily calling Berlin home, after chapters in Helsinki, Istanbul, and The Hague. Outside work, you'll probably find me dancing tango, cycling long distances, or hiking for hours with a happy mind and tired legs.
